Kinship Chardonnay

Credaro Kinship Chardonnay is sourced from two vineyards in Margaret River, a north facing slope in Metricup and the estate's southernmost vineyard near Witchcliffe.

The fruit is handpicked and whole bunch pressed in the cool of the morning. The juice is run directly to barrel for natural fermentation, with no additions.

Post ferment the barrels are immediately sulphured to prevent malolactic fermentation. The wine then matures over eight months in a mix of small and larger format French oak, receiving monthly lees stirring.

Pale straw green, Credaro Kinship Chardonnay is medium to full bodied with stone fruit and fresh citrus flavours, and a fine mineral acidity. Cellaring potential is three years.
